DirecTV’s CEO went on Undercover Boss and learned how difficult a CSR’s job can really be. Sometimes it’s good to walk a mile in your CSR’s shoes!

thats pretty funny. I guess it really depends on the size of the company. Our CEO loves to get on the phone and do retention. He just ends up giving away too much money.
Such an ideal CEO! It’s great to see something like this, CEO checkin how tough it is to be performing CSR jobs.. Well done!
I sure wish my CEO would do that… ^_^
